Hi folks,
Just a quick note to let you all know that over the past two weeks we've had some major issues with our website and email facility. To cut a long story short the present hosting company seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth so we're having to try and set up all the website files again with another host. For whatever reason all the files are corrupted (something to do with the old host) so our shop facility is completely buggered and we've missed out on a lot of emails and potential business.
Anyway, we have decided that now is as good a time as any to rebuild the site and make it more user friendly, massively increase our range of Ducati parts and include a multiple currency option. This will obviously take time but once done we hope to offer a unique and unrivaled range of products.We will also produce a printed catalogue for those of you who like some bedtime reading.
In the meantime please feel free to email or phone us with any enquiries as it's business as usual on the parts side. Anyone who sent an email within the last 2-3 weeks and hasn't had a reply please resend it to me at stuart@spareshack.com and I will make sure you get a prompt reply.
