Well, while I've got the bike in bits, I thought I'd polish off 12 years worth of road grot etc from my exhaust headers.
Word of advice.... if you're thinking about doing this at home, think again, it's fecking hard work and takes ages... what you see in the piccie attached is the cleaned pipe which now needs polishing properly.

I believe this is what you should aspire to ...... ;)
Disclaimer, this bike is ridden almost every day for anybody who thinks it lives in the garage. :p
