seat problems!

Not really an accessories thread - but I am having problems securing my (standard) seat on my S4R. It is proving really difficult to get it to stay in situ. I have played around with the adjustment but with no success. It just does not want to lock securely in position and comes off with only slight pressure. Apart from the worry of it coming adrift when I am riding it or god forbid when my daughter is on the back, I am worried about leaving it anywhere in case I return and the bike is sans seat!

Any help gratefully received!

undo the catch on the bike part and stick a washer under each screw and job done - i had the same problem..
