On sat was playing with the rear end thinking about making a smaller one took of tray and indicators etc, when i put back on must have blown 2 fuses as i discovered this morning, one 15 amp and one 10 amp one was for guages etc and other for lights. Indicators still work when i arm alarm, as does the fuel pump just no ignition or lights.

Is it possible to damage the cpu or immobiliser?

What is the likely cause the stop light rear does look a bit exposed?

Are all motorcycle fuses the same?

Thanks in advance :D

dont know about the injected monsters electrics, but i'd say you must have shorted something out, which blew the fuses.. It's good.. at least, you know that the rest of the bike is protected.
change fuses and test. nothing to worry about (yet).

if you have a ohmmeter, you can check for short circuits.

I dont have one, but imagine it must be the back of the rear light as all connections are exposed, indicators still work when arming alarm but dont work by normal switch.
