any chance of editing the pictures on? I have a vivid imagination although Sam, Bambi et al may require a join the dots style jpeg.

good for you, i like individuality and being different, and loving that tail you are both ;) One thing i like about the monster is the stumpyness (says me who made it even smaller) so depends what you want and what you do with the rest of the bike to fit in with the look. Go small and subtle with the fittings beneath it and keep it tidy it should look good.

As para features said, providing you keep it tidy back there it should look nice. I take it the carbon meets up with the seat whilst looking towards the back of the bike?

This is the sound of me going off the whole idea...gaps indeed...it's not about being draughty back there or anywhere for that matter. How much?

Gotta cut the seat padding back a bit to line it up, you should sit easier on the bike with rearsets.

you could always get some sticky backed foam or rubber and line the inside of the cowl with it so it fills that gap? Tidy is always the key to good looking. Isn't that right Mr Y

I think you ought to be able to fashion a seperate pad that covers the flat face of the seat hump (and covers the gap), and trim it in seat vinyl to match?

Also, not that I'm a great fan of the shape, but AK used a 999 rear light assmebly below his modded tail on his special - and that gives you the whole lot (tail light, indicators, numberplate holder) in one...

Whatever you do, for God's sake don't chop up that carbon tail piece, or glue on nasty LED Motrax sh!te...

Natty Can i join the club too please???????? :D :D :D

What i did on my seat hump was to fit a set of flush fitting Carbon fiber motrax indicators to the cowel and on the under side i used the back two frame holes to mount an aluminium No plate holder and used the hole for the No plate light to Mount a HD :o Cat`s Eye type brake light

I also have if you are in the market a complete new never been used 999 rear light cluster and led bulb system

I dont have a problem with a gap it fits very tight to the seat

Will post you some pictures later if you like :)
