Might do - tis a long way off - can't plan that far ahead - I'd better use the Monster just to prove that I still ride it - no need for the Beemer as you won't be needing a lift back to Bletchley. Always happy to give you a lift though.

Excellent - what way will you be coming into Bucks then as I'm cr@p at directions/routes? :o

It would be nice to meet up and ride in together instead of just meeting at McDonalds which is spitting distance from Dave's.

b) he kinda really p!ssed Dave off to the near point of violence (damn)
c) he wouldn't be welcome in my opinion and he knows it

Well the Mc D's could be a final destination, if only for others coming in from different directions - and you being rep could lead us in perhaps?

I was thinking of dragging any southerners in via High Wycombe (we'd come up via Windsor and the A404) - then up the A4010 via Princes Risborough (crazy name, crazy place) and perhaps cut across via Bishopstone like we did with Fatbloke last time?

PS. I think Nattyboy is taking the 3.41etc Nazi... x

unfortunatly due to his fall at Brands John Reynolds will not be at DWR's open day
(we wish him a speedy recovery) (more JR news) (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/motorsport/motorbikes/4331870.stm). but the newly crowned British Supersport
Champion Leon Camier will be making a guest appearance.
Loads of other stuff going on should be a good day I hope to see some
of you there,
Terry

Ooh the famous Leon Camier eh !?!?!

Hayley, we could all meet at McD's at Hockliffe on the A5 ???

By an S2R 1000 instead?

Just kidding Simon - looks great BTW, and noticed it looks like you went for the dark red alcantara (sp?) suede on the seat? Still undecided weather to try the same material on the trike seat...hmm

The S4R looks nearly finished - has Woody hit you with the bill yet? I think he's planning to retire on the proceeds!

Maybe - did you have a hand in re-covering simon's?

No, mine was done by Glyn from the DSC. Never met the guy and only heard recommendations via the site so didn't really know how it would turn out but the results were really excellent. I had to pay for the Red alcantara as it isn't a colour he normally keeps in stock but apart from the material costs, his labour charges were reasonable (cheap even). I'll post close-ups soon.

might be interested in a piece here for my track project too..

If you are happy to recover it yourself but I just sent my 748 single seat to Glyn and he recovered everything for about £40 including the grey or black mock suede material. It may be alcantara but at those prices, it's a steal.

BTW, nat. I'll be posting pics of my trackday and S4R projects up soon so no going stealing all my cool ideas. Alcantara seats on a track bike - honestly, who'd be stoopid enough to do something like that

I know what you mean, I see myself as a red snakeskin fellow myself?....perhaps it was the wrong shade? more grannys handbag than Pam Hoggs underwear. In any case the vinyl will "rock" trust me, it's not about faux suede, I tried a swatch and everything.
