R/H Drive ???!!!

Nonnie
05-08-2005, 08:30 AM
Slob it's standard crap that comes up and you can't remove that, you can change it to left hand drive but I thought that was even sillier.

I am really starting to wish I hadn't put this here........

I am keeping tabs on you lot and waiting for you to make one false move, just the one and I'll have ya.

R/H Drive ???!!!

Actually I think it is...
The door is on the left side so you can pull over and enter it without standing in the middle of the road. The rest of Europe has the door on the R/H side. ;)

Listen up, I had the '99 Eldis 'Redwood' Eldorado GTBXX and it was a magnificent piece of kit. Breathtaking performance, sublime aerodynamics, big f**koff mirrors and a ride like your first doggy paddle on a bed filled with waves. All mod-cons etc and mine was the basic of the two versions

Having been watching the property from the Croydon slums I can honestly say that I have NEVER come across a tidier example and IMO that dent could be easily pushed out (don't tell the seller!!!)

I ditched the alarm and analogue wogbox in favour of a built in foot spa / pedicure stool in Belinda, but then I always have been into the feet. Never forget our first trip, great storage and even better sanitation.

I cannot recommend these tools highly enough, total comfort and foreboding prowess on the open road. Go hit some cars!

Sadly I lost mine somewhere in eastern Europe, aqua roll shake down and alike, but look, the alarm is even INCLUDED for you here. You’re all mad to mock, stuff of dreams is that.

Its all about the continental electrics and uncle Alfred's presence.

The Man Who Knew Too Much x

ps you will need to paint the wheel clamp though.

Just read this thread and i must say there is a couple of references to pikeys. How do you know they are pikeys? They could be Romany Gypsies. There is a difference ya know.

That said, Pikeys or Romany Gypsies are all travellers, theives (probably) and they smell like all good travelling people!

Am i likely to be getting a good shoeing for my comments at the next meet?

Well, at least you could get away. Ducati versus caravan probably pulled by transit van. You'll be fine Plum.

Actually...you'd struggle to get one in as the loading allowance will only be about 200kg! All you'd get would be one monster and maybe a small awning......crikey it's contagious

Nonnie
09-08-2005, 04:43 PM
I'm now wondering what the chances are of pulling this little beauty a la husky style. How many Monsters?

nambduke
10-08-2005, 11:14 AM
Given the caravan with a monster and awning on board will weigh around 1200-1400kg, I'd suspect that ONE monster should be able to get it rolling. The problem you have you'd need to make sure the kerbweight or the 'pack' is more than the weight of the caravan. So based on my Monster 189kg ish standard, I think you'd need approximately 8. .....This is to ensure you don't tip the 'pack' over when cornering at 60mph - legal maximum of a caravan on a dual carriageway.
OK....I have a caravan. ....I've come out of the closet and admitted it......sorry :(

I didn't know travelling folk were cross dressers. And I don't mean that they are angry in clothes either.
