I was getting Fiesta Havana's website for about 24 hours instead of UKMOC as well. I suspect both sites are hosted by the same organisation and that the addresses got mixed up in a DNS or router somewhere along the line. It seems OK now. I vaguely remember this happening once before some time ago.
