S4 v M1000 - 2 valves or 4

So today we have bought an M1000Sei which will be my wifes bike, I rode it home and I have say the 'old 2 valve motor' really suprised me, suffice to say i'm not sure the complication of my S4 is worth the difference which doesn't feel a lot, the 1000 motor is much less snatchy at the bottom end and much easier to ride at low speed.

have had the s4 twice, and the s4r.
will buy another monnie and it will be aircooled..just think the riding characteristics of the 2 valved air cooled motor, and the look, suit the bike better(an me).loved the s4r but it was too spensive.
however, i am an old fart, "bike" mag delivered a new busa to me gaff yesterday, as im taking it to the I.O.M. wivvum tomorrow, but instead of taking advantage offit today i will mostly be riding around on me wunnerful superdream..

I agree, the 2 valve motor is better suited to a monster
