When the yellow warning light comes on a 600 monny,how many miles approx can you do before its call the AA time? ta peeps :)

I get about 30 on my 900ie

35 on a 900 carb job. Take it easy on the throttle and you'll have no problems.

Fuel reserve capacity is quoted as 4.0L for all the early carbed monsters. However the point the fuel light comes on relative to the actual quantity of fuel left does vary from bike to bike - ho hum :rolleyes:

Most I had out of my 600 was about 25 miles, and on the 900ie nearly 30 miles but must have been on fumes by then, and in full (oh S***!) panic mode :eek:

I've never been more pleased to see a garage appear on the horizon ;)
