I'll be leaving Gainsborough at 6.30pm on weds heading for Barton. Still hoping for some good weather. Managed to avoid the showers last night. Was a bit chilly tho!

Can any UKMOC members who were at Barton last year confirm or repudiate the above?
I have heard from a reliable source that the rozzers had marked camera vans interspersed with unmarked ones to catch out the riders who slow down for the marked ones & then speed up! A pretty sneaky way of making money I think. Perhaps everyone should ride at a snails pace so they don't get a single penny out of us!

They have a unmarked van aswell people(blue and white ) i believe so be on the lookout eh?
Ill be there about 6.40 at the side of the road as you head into barton :)

Weather toss......late home from work after watching somebody get cut out of there car(never nice)
After resulting gridlock didn't get home till 7PM...bit late me thinks,next year?
