hi guys,

sadly am selling the little red 'un.

Its a 2002 M600, 5000 miles, 2 owners, red with imola bellypan, twin headlights (original available), spareshack slim mirrors. Immobiliser & alarm, hidden under seat with led in rear lens.

I think thats about it.

Looking for £3250, make me an offer & I'll have a think.

Its pretty tidy, a scrape low down on bellypan & a scuff on the heelguard. 100% reliable.

Is there any chance that you would consider selling the belly pan separately?

5100 miles

bellypan has a scrape along it so not sure you'd want it?

Bad one?

Any chance of a photo?

afraid not. The scrape is quite low down but the full length of the bellypan.

I'm dropping the bike at ducati london today when I get the new one. They seemed quite keen to return it to standard. If they intend to remove the bellypan & let me keep it (as they wont be able to sell it) I will let you have a look & you can pay me something fair if you want it mate.

you may as well take it off and give it to him for the price of the postage, it's not going to change the trade-in value, the dealer probably won't notice(except for the extra space round the bins)

Now that sounds like a good idea!

Sorry to butt in, but this seems to always be the case.
How come the dealers want trade in bikes in original condition when most riders prefer modified bikes with more goodies. I for one would rather buy a bike with upgrades... It's one of the big advantages with the monster, you can make it ever so personal.

I think that they are hoping that if you are buying a standard bike, then you will be spending more money with them on accessories.

Also I know that in the car trade a standard genuine car looks more honest, modified vehicles are always worth less no matter how much has been spent on them. And you never know who's been tinkering around with them.

I'd love to but wont for 2 reasons,

1. I am at work & riding straight there from the city.
2. the part ex they have offered is good & I dont want to give them a chance to change their minds.
