I've not been but I've heard it's well worth going to! It might be a bit too far for us on a weeknight though :(

Not been even though its only 40 miles from me,I hear they close the whole village of Barton Upon Humber and it's just full of bikes.
Im going this year. :)

There's an ok pub with rooms in Hessle just over the bridge, could stay over.

There is a travelinn right next to the Humber Bridge on the north bank which is 5mins from Barton and rooms are usually £49 for a family room.

Been last couple of years, should be a few live bands on and yes it does get packed. Try to go this year depending on shifts at work.

Barton bike night is always a laugh, booze, birds and bikes..
Be careful on the approach dual carriageways, police speed checks. Normally though they leave you alone and let you get on with things.
