Lost service schedule book

Hi all, my S4 has her 2 year service coming up, trouble is I cannot lay my hands on the service schedule booklet thingy that the dealer (or Lougi Moto this time) stamps.
Anyone know if it's possible to get a replacement?
I have all the receipts for all previous servicing, so should be able to get the book filled in again.

After hunting everywhere I've now found it in my motorcycle backpack. Must have been in there since the last service............oh well, my paperwork needed a tidy up.....
