Adnams beer and chips weekend

Dear All,

I have been searching through the web pages of accommodation and have come across the two Adnams owned hotels The Crown and The Swan in Southwold itself. At the moment they have vacancies pretty much throughout the weekends in August but they are filling up fast - so we need to choose dates for our weekend of beer and chips and let them know when we want to go! :D

I am happy to liaise with these, and other possible hotels/B&Bs, so what about the following dates -

Friday 12 August - Sunday 14th
Friday 19th August - Sunday 21st
Friday 26th August - SUnday 28th - this is of course the bank holiday weekend so maybe Saturday to Monday???
Friday 2nd September - Sunday 4th

Given that it's peak season I suppose the sooner we choose the better - PM me with your preferred dates and I'll keep in touch with group e mail.

Single somewhere between £45 and £60 double somewhere between £75 and £85 q night from what I can gather at the moment Bob - nothing for sure as we are still trying to work out interest and numbers!
