Engine Temp

Hi all, just a wee question re. engine temps.
During a run the other day, I noticed that the engine temp was a tad high, it peaked at 242 def. f.
Is this higher than normal? or is it ok. :confused:
It's never been that high before as far as I remember.

Any advice most welcome

thats about 105c if I'm not mistaken, mine reaches 130c (290f ish) regularly on motorway thrashes and fighting London traffic in August.

Ta for the info, was just a tad concerned cos' I had been thrashing along a wee bit.

Any idea how to change the display from f to c? the metric style would suit me better if there is a way.

I often see temps up to 120 degC on my 620 so don't worry about it.
