Little Update

After much strenuous activities regarding physiotherapy and upon the advice of said physiotherapist i have been exercising my fingers. I can now do this actively instead of passively arf arf!

Anyone think of any other gesticulations I can try?!

I dont know what you can do with your foot. I reckon they gave us the duff room at Arrow Mill !
