picking me M1000 up next Sat

Ordered meself this morning an M1000Sie in red, 2004 model, brand new, £5799 + £120 otr from Pegasus in Reading. Pick it up next Sat :)

Big thanks to Terry for letting me have a ride on his M1000 a few weeks ago. As soon as I wheelied up the road on his bike I knew I just HAD to get one! Thanks too to Paul fom Devon for his valued input on his M1000.

Still keeping the trusty & reliable M600 (black & yellow). After 16,000 miles it's running as sweet as ever. What's the point in PXing it for about £1,500?

Very little plans for mods to M1000, purely 'cos I'm skint now. I'd like a nose fairing and on Terry's & Paul's advice will probably drop gearing.

I haven't followed forum for yonks but now I've got access to Internet at home I should be around a bit more. Who else has got the M1000? Obviously Terry & Paul. Charlotte's got one, anyone else I know?

You don't know me, but I have one! Jolly good fun it is too. I too stepped up from an M600. If you do nothing else to your new bike, change the cans and filter and get the fuelling sorted by a pro. It's well worth it. Watch out for that CK character though. I've heard she's a bit of a loon!! Keeps racing people off of the lights and things! And hits the other persons kill switch amongst other things! Enjoy your new wheels.
