how do i post animations on here?

hi i have been sent a very good e mail with a short clip in it . I will post it on here if somebody tells me how to get it from my e mail to the forum. It is worth the effort .

I don't think you can upload animated files here - the supported extensions are bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png psd txt zip - even after then I think the size limit is around 80k.

Best thing to do it post it elsewhere on the web and then post the link to it.
