Chain & Sproks M600

The time to change my chain and sprockets is fast approaching.
Anyone any idea of the pitch of the chain as I might be able to get a freebie, so longs as I know the pitch.
Also has anyone messed with the gearing, I'm thinking of one smaller on the back to give a bit more top end as I seem to be riding more on fast roads than twisty ones these days.How much acceleration will it knock off? I'm sure the motor can handle it.

Smaller Monnys have a 520 chain, the 900 and S4/S4R have a 525 I believe...

I wouldn't bother changing your gearing (unless you just want to lower the engine revs for a given crusing speed) as the 600 won't max out in 5th anyway... Pheonix has seen 120 (+ alegidly) on hers - but they don't often get up there...

I had higher speeds on mine while it was in standard trim. Stage 2 jets and a K&N filter have given it more oomph but taken a little from the top end. Thanks for the advice. (bet I weigh a bit more than Phoenix).
