It looks like theres a meet in Kent see note below. I was intending to pop down to this could meet you at Dartford tunnel just after the toll booths. See note below and let me know if you fancy riding down.

Everyone welcome...

Meeting point is the Oakdene cafe, which is located on the A20 between Wrotham and Wrotham Heath.

Access from the north is via M20 Junction 2, onto the A20, down the hill, right at the first roundabout (over the Motorway), then straight on at the next... follow signs for the M26.

From the east or west, the cafe is close to the M26 junction 2a.

See you all there from 10am.

Albie - just me for the run down... we'll be meeting Susan at Wesson's, as she will be coming up from Brighton.

In the absence of any word from any other Essexites(shouldn't that be Iceni or something), see you at the Oakdene Stu.

I've always enjoyed a cuppa and a bit of motorcycle peering at high beach. Although I think it would be much better if there was a proper beach, with waves and stuff.

I remember it fondly from the early 80s, there was sand at the top of the hill and waves of bikes doing rolling burnouts and wheelies. It seems bikes are restricted to the tea hut at the bottom of the hill these days.
Probably a bit safer with less of the hooligan behaviour, 'twas funny watching a lone panda car making the odd pass though.
