That, my friend is a Spanish creation from a few years back I believe - I have more pics of it in a magazine a mate of mine sent over. Really not my bag but an amazing bit of metalwork but I guess it wouldn't be road legal - I suppose making pencil cases on Thursday afternoons, period 4 was a bit easy for him. All on a 600 as well.
