What fittings do they come with, the type already mounted on the cans or the wrap around band jobbies?? Does the price include P&P, if not how much is (roughly)

DJ..they have the same type of hangers as the exisiting cans and everything is included (even some clamps!) to fix them up.

I can get some more if you need them...theyll take about 2 weeks. PM me if interested..
