Its simple really. If you like I have got s4 bars they are not adjustable for nothing. Its a top replacement plate as yours so you can put standard or renthals on and move them back and forwards which we cant do. S4r went back to these,There was one on ebay the other day but its gone so no pics. Its the top plate which removes easy and the bar clamps. Also means steering dampers are easier to get hold of and not special S4 ones. :D

Never thought about changing the bars because i found the set up it came with really suited my size and riding style
