It may be a reference to udders or "breasts" ...according to your avatars sam you dont wear any cloths? so a quick peek downwards to the right or left should highlight said items.

Could it be, that Moo-Moo has anything to do with udders'? There seems to be pleanty of 'udder action' on Mand's avatar.
