early 600 and 900 used the same mikunis no? I could look in haynes but its miles away on the sofa.

Jets are going to be different at least yerbs
Suspect they may also differ in other ways too but will check when I get home later if you like.

ey up mr. knowledgeable, i've noticed u've got a fair idea on most things to do wi the lil m600. ne idea if the bolt hole spacing on callipers is 40mm or 65mm. seen a pair o callipers on flea bay for a lovely twin disc conversion!

I could measure but its raining out there. have a word with paranoid D as he has just done a twin conversion, he knows his beans and he gets a bit lonely so give him a pm!

If it's an early bike then the spacing will be smaller.

They are 38mm Mikuni's, but as Ped said the jetting is different.

If your fork bottoms look like the 1st photo, then the calipers will be 40mm spacing, and if like the 2nd photo 65mm.

cheers mate, i now know its the 40mm spacing, unfortuneatly i was outbid for the callipers. knackers
back to the drawing board, if i can find it..........
