How do I 'isolate the alarm' so that I can re-charge the battery and what is the worst that can happen if I, or rather Rabbit, just disconnected the battery anyway  :( :o

No you shouldn't, it's your bike that won't start :p

not sure if this helps? to isolate my alarm from the battery i have to put the alarm in maintenance mode? then i can take the battery out with out going deaf.

That's just what we did Manc.......but it still f*****d it up!

I think the only solution is to permanently isolate the damn thing! (the alarm, not Rabbit...........but then again ;) )

It won't be a great loss not having the alarm anyway.......it would have only briefly delayed any thieves as they stopped and said "Can you hear something?"

You've heard the alarm on mine Manc so you know what I mean!

put the battery off your bike after you charged it on to tigerlilly.s/rabbits bike
then charge the other bike ?

It's the alarm that's causing the problem (sorry for confusing people) it keeps going off (since the battery was diconnected) and just drains the battery!

I think it (the alarm) is a lost cause!
