I just got hold of some frame paint to cover up the rust on some of the welds.
I bought it from www.Bike-Paint.co.uk on Ebay.
Great service, the paint originaly turned up the silver type but I spoke to them and they replaced it for the Gold/Bronze type at no cost.
Perfect match!

My 1997 750 has the same matt gold frame, so I'd be interested in knowing the part number/tin spec'n or whatever, as well!! :bunny:

And me :D I need some as well. If anyone contacts them maybe we could get a job lot or bigger pot to split between us to save cost?

I have some frame scratches and need to coat the CHOP area at the rear of my bike ;)

I have a touch up pot from Bike paint, there is no number to identify the colour.
If you ask for exactly what it says on the pot they will send it out.
It says "Ducati Frame/Wheel Gold"
This colour is the goldy bronze colour that matches the frame
