Hi all,
managed to get out on the bike today (at last) and test my new boots and gloves. Well, not good.... My new boots have much thicker soles than the old ones and while they are comfortable, gear changing (especially up) is not fun :( . I thought about trying to adjust this out, but I'm not convinced it will work as the lever would then be too high. So, I was wondering if anyone had tried a longer gear lever which I think will help, and if so which one and how you get/got on with it....

Thanx in advance,

Pete

I would try adjusting it first, I have large boots and its fine now. use a sharpie (poncy pen) to align the notches then give them a fiddle. its just Allens keys.

a vastly underrated substance, ditto ketamine. The thinking boys smack.

Personally, I think religion and politics are safer topics than pizza and architecture.

a big kiss going out to you, Pete my friend.

Spotting the diamond through the glass is a majestic quality.

Fear not, I will one day, have babies
